Refunds
All sales are final and no refund will be issued for digital products.
Technical Issues
Please contact us for assistance if you experience any technical issues. We consider a technical issue to be one of the following:
- Non-delivery of your product: If you do not received the product(s) you have purchased from us within 24 hours after payment is completed, please contact us for assistance.
- Major defects: Although products are checked before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please report any issues to us.
You, as a customer, are expected to read the description on each Product page before completing your order. We are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange in the following situations:
- You change your mind about a purchase
- You order an item by mistake
- You do not have access to the materials needed
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item
